This kit contains ingredients and recipes for:
- 1x Spicy mushroom hotpot (Beoseot Jeongol)
- 1x Bulgogi mushroom stir-fry (Beoseot Bulgogi)
- 1x Fresh kimchi (Geotjeri Kimchi)
Bulgogi Mushroom is a popular Korean-style barbecued beef and mushroom dish translated into a stir-fry for the time-starved home cook. The Spicy Mushroom Soup is cooked at the table in a low hotpot. It is a great way to enjoy the strong, earthy flavour of mushrooms. Additionally, the Make-your-own Kimchi is a simple, easy, quick and healthy way to enjoy subtly sweet Korean Napa cabbage. While traditional kimchi takes time to ferment, fresh kimchi is a little different. Equally delicious, it retains all the flavours of classic kimchi yet can be served immediately.
The kit contains 1 kg of Korean mushrooms such as pyogo beoseot (shiitake), pengyi beoseot (enoki), saesongyi beoseot (king oyster), man-ga-dak beoseot (shimeji), our premium roe deer butt mushroom (Noru-gung-deng-i). It also includes a Korean yellow or napa cabbage, a trio of Maeil Foods Korean sauces (a spicy sauce for vegetables, a bulgogi sauce, and an all-purpose hot sauce).
You can add meat like chicken or pork to the mushroom soup and stir-fry or tofu to have a meatless dish.
For all pre-order items and fresh produce like fruits and fresh mushrooms, we regret that there is no refund, cancellation, or return once orders are placed to our supplier on Mondays when pre-order closed.
When you place a pre-order, we will create a special reservation with the manufacturer or supplier for you. Because of this, it is currently not possible for us to cancel a pre-order. If you do insist on a cancellation, then a surcharge of 70% of the order value will be imposed.
For SoGood Thursday Pre-Orders, please reach out to us immediately should you change your mind. Please contact us, call or email ASAP by 6pm on Monday of the week of delivery, as we will send in the order to import your items then.
For Frozen Items, in any case of receiving a wrong item, as long as the product is NOT consumed, left untouched (Thawed,Frozen), We will determine whether the item has meet our requirements and eligible for an exchange, or a refund. Any wrong item received that has a difference in price will be partially refunded depending on the situation.
