Redeeming your rewards points

Every purchase you did on SoGoodK.com earns you points. Once you have accumulated enough points to redeem for a voucher, you can do so using the rewards' module at the bottom right of the site.

 

To Redeem Your Reward

1. Sign in (1) into your account if you have not done so. 

 

 

2. Click on the bottom right icon 'Rewards' to view your reward point and click on 'Ways to Redeem' (2). You will see the number of points you have and the value of the coupon you can redeem for.

 

 

3. If you are ready to redeem, click on the redeem button and the points will be deducted accordingly for the value of the coupon and generate a unique code for you.

 

 

You can use the coupon code right away by copying the code and apply it during check out, or use the code at a later date in another purchase.

 

 

In this case, an email of the code will also be emailed to you for reference. Please look out for it in the SPAM / JUNK folder if you do not see it in the Inbox.

 

How To Redeem The Coupon

Once you have the coupon code, at the check-out page, simply paste the code at the field Discount code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, the amount of the coupon value will be applied and your order value will be deducted from the total order value.

 

You can then proceed with the check-out and payment process as usual.
