AnBokJa HanGwa is only 100% handmade, using the traditional method. The reason each piece might be shaped differently because it is made pieces manually each pieces.
HanGwa is best served with tea, milk, or any beverage. Keep in the chiller and leave it out at room temperature for a moment before eating, and it will be soft and crispy.
1. Best kept in an air-tight container and store it in a dry place to avoid moisture contact. Keep the HanGwa in the refrigerator and take it out 15mins to leave it at room temperature before consumption. ( If you do it this way, it will have a soft crispy texture that is more delicious when eating.)
2. If the HanGwa has soften, place it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and it will be crispy again.

If you do insist on a cancellation, then a surcharge of 70% of the order value will be imposed.
