What is Haemul-tang?
Spice Seafood Stew (Haemul-tang 해물탕) is a spicy and delicious soup-flavored food with red pepper paste seasoning that includes a variety of seafood, such as octopus, blue crabs, shrimp, and ramie clams. You can enjoy the assorted taste of seafood evenly. Seafood is rich in essential amino acids and contains less fat, so it tastes light and digests well. In addition, blue crabs, squid, octopus, and shellfish are rich in taurine, which effectively helps to prevent various adult diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or liver disease.
Blue crabs have an excellent antipyretic effect due to their cooling properties, and crab eggs contain many nucleic acids, which can have an anti-ageing effect. Shellfish are rich in glycogen and glycine, giving them an incredible soup taste and rich in vitamins.
Product Composition: This meal kit contains Squid, blue crab, white-legged shrimp, horn shell, mussel, scallop, and smooth clam.
Cooking Method:
1. Rinse the seafood in running water
2. Place the seafood in a saucepan and add enough water to cover the ingredients
3. Bring it to a boil and remove the foam
4. Add the accompanying seasoning sauce and let it simmer in boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Enjoy your Spicy Seafood Stew!
Storage: Store in the freezer. Do not re-freeze.

For SoGood Thursday Pre-Orders, please reach out to us immediately should you change your mind. Please contact us, call or email ASAP by 6pm on Monday of the week of delivery, as we will send in the order to import your items then.
For Frozen Items, in any case of receiving a wrong item, as long as the product is NOT consumed, left untouched (Thawed,Frozen), We will determine whether the item has meet our requirements and eligible for an exchange, or a refund. Any wrong item received that has a difference in price will be partially refunded depending on the situation.
