Shyarem Shine Muscat is grown on a space of approx. 1,100,000 square ft mountain farm located in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. It is an environment where fruits can flourish due to the significant daily temperature difference. The number of seedlings planted per land area is minimised to grow Shine Muscat of the finest quality.

Unlike regular grape cultivation, Shine Muscat has more challenging cultivation conditions, such as special steps to care for them and specific raw materials that must be used. Shyarem’s Shine Muscat is cultivated with its meticulous care and techniques, yielding only the finest Shine Muscat, unique in size and shape, and having an excellent taste. We also curate and sell only products that have passed export standards among Shine Muscat cultivated with sincerity.

 

How to best enjoy the Shine Muscat:

1) Keep it refrigerated for it to last longer and maintain its delicious taste and freshness

  • Shine Muscats have a much longer extended storage period of 1 month as compared to regular grapes. It tastes better the longer you store them in the refrigerator.

2) Keep it frozen and eat it like sherbet.

  • Shine Muscats can be eaten after freezing it. They are sweet and can be eaten like sherbet. They have a pungent fruity scent that enriches the flavour. The important point to remember is to freeze it without washing them.

For all pre-order items and fresh produce like fruits and fresh mushrooms, we regret that there is no refund, cancellation, or return once orders are placed to our supplier on Mondays when pre-order closed. 

When you place a pre-order, we will create a special reservation with the manufacturer or supplier for you. Because of this, it is currently not possible for us to cancel a pre-order. If you do insist on a cancellation, then a surcharge of 70% of the order value will be imposed.

For SoGood Thursday Pre-Orders, please reach out to us immediately should you change your mind. Please contact us, call or email ASAP by 6pm on Monday of the week of delivery, as we will send in the order to import your items then.

For Frozen Items, in any case of receiving a wrong item, as long as the product is NOT consumed, left untouched (Thawed,Frozen), We will determine whether the item has meet our requirements and eligible for an exchange, or a refund. Any wrong item received that has a difference in price will be partially refunded depending on the situation.
