WANGSHIN (王信), a brand under JINAF&C, derives its name from the company's headquarters location. Translated, Wangshin signifies "King’s Trust," encapsulating our commitment to producing safe and superior-quality food that even a monarch can rely upon.
Distinguished as a premium product, this fish sauce is a result of three years of natural fermentation without any chemical additives. The process involves combining anchovies and sea salt, yielding a product of unparalleled quality. Beyond being a mere condiment, this sauce can elevate dishes by serving as a salt substitute, infusing them with heightened flavor.
Cold smoking for more than 50 hours!
Wangshin's soy sauce is made out of 100% domestic ingredients, was slowly cold smoked for more than 50 hours with Oak Smoke using Wangshin's technique. No artificial additives added.
Fermented Soybean chunks made from organic soybeans directly from farmers for 3 years. It contains sweetness, rich taste and nutrients from the soy, with added anchovies to achieve a richer, deep flavor and eliminating the fishy smell.
Ways to use:
Can be used for variety of purposes. Since the soy sauce is not dark in appearance, you can add a hefty amount in soups or stews. The richness of the soy sauce makes a good pairing with meat, stir-fry dishes or a salad dressing.
For all pre-order items and fresh produce like fruits and fresh mushrooms, we regret that there is no refund, cancellation, or return once orders are placed to our supplier on Mondays when pre-order closed.
When you place a pre-order, we will create a special reservation with the manufacturer or supplier for you. Because of this, it is currently not possible for us to cancel a pre-order. If you do insist on a cancellation, then a surcharge of 70% of the order value will be imposed.
For SoGood Thursday Pre-Orders, please reach out to us immediately should you change your mind. Please contact us, call or email ASAP by 6pm on Monday of the week of delivery, as we will send in the order to import your items then.
For Frozen Items, in any case of receiving a wrong item, as long as the product is NOT consumed, left untouched (Thawed,Frozen), We will determine whether the item has meet our requirements and eligible for an exchange, or a refund. Any wrong item received that has a difference in price will be partially refunded depending on the situation.
